Please note that the plans sold by Universal Builders are instructional plans only- no stamped engineered blueprints are included. Stamped engineered blueprints are only obtained by a licensed engineer from your state. These plans are for building information and gives material list information, basic building processes, and layout drawings. Universal Builders will assume no responsibility for construction defects associated with related building project, or any problems or safety issues associated with the construction process. While Universal Builders makes every effort to give complete, concise building instructions, Universal Builders will not be responsible for incomplete or incorrect material lists or building information for any package or plan. A certified contractor should be consulted on any building project to verify details before construction begins. Also, building components, such as lumber, metal, hardware, etc. are not included unless you have purchased an actual material kit from Universal Builders. Universal Builders has the right to change pricing on all kits and plans without any prior notice.
